I have been a Penn State Fan my whole life.  In fact, my dad is a season ticket holder and I have been to countless games...I remember looking up and down the sideline to try to find JoPa!  It was a year ago yesterday he past away.  Watch this video, and then decide if Joe was guilty of any wrong doing!
