So Heather Morris has decided that she doen not like her undergroud parking spot and has decided that it is much easier to park on the sidewalk outside her door! 5 tickets and mulitple upset neighbors later and she's still doing it! Now her neighbors are taking pics and sending them to the police telling them they need to do something before they do!
