Billboard reports that Katy Perry will rally for President Barack Obama's reelection campaign with a concert in Las Vegas on Wednesday.

The campaign's Entertainment Advisory Council and producer Eric Ortner confirmed the news. Ortner said: "The president will be reaching out to as many voters as possible on the critical choice in this election -- moving America forward with an economy built to last for a strong middle class, versus going back to the same policies that crashed our economy in the first place."

This will be Perry's second campaign appearance for Obama. She also sang at a fundraiser concert in Los Angeles for his campaign. The free concert will be held at 6 PM on Wednesday, October 24 at a neighborhood block party in Las Vegas. Today, Bruce Springsteen will perform a free concert for Obama in Charlottesville, Virginia. He will be joined by local politicians and volunteers at 2 PM at the nTelos Wireless Pavilion.
