TMZ reports that Cee Lo Green is being investigated by the LAPD for sexual battery but he is denying anything happened. A woman recently filed a police report against Green (real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway). Detectives have already visited a restaurant in downtown Los Angeles and talked to employees, including the manager.
It's unknown if the incident happened there, but it is said to be connected. No details have been released, including the name of the victim, where and when the incident happened and what Cee Lo did. Green has denied any and all accusations.
He said he hasn't been to the restaurant in three months and added: "Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else." A source who is with Cee Lo regularly said: "I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody."
No charges have been filed and the case hasn't been sent to prosecutors.
