Lindsay is due to appear in court tomorrow but decided flying to London and partying with Max George from The Wanted is more important! Now the crimes Lindsay is accused of are misdemeanors so technically she doesn’t absolutely have to be there, but her lawyer is advising against her flying to London because skipping out on her court date won’t look too good at her upcoming arraignment. It’s anyone’s guess as to how she’s paying for all this traveling & partying. A source did say they heard that Lindsay is having sex with the whole band & that the guys are really kinky.
