We’ve certainly heard of break ups by texts, but how ‘bout a marriage proposal? Kristin Cavallari says that’s how she was asked!  She said, ”It was so silly. I was in the airport, leaving Chicago. We had just spent however many days together and we were texting and somehow it came up, like, 'Oh, shall we get married?' We're like, 'Yeah, OK.'

Even stranger, her ring was then mailed to her! Now mind you, Kristin and her fiancé Jay Cutler had been engaged before, until they called it all off and broke up originally. So this was technically a second engagement so maybe it’s not a real big deal that it’s informal like that.
