Despite battling pneumonia, Jennifer Lawrence won Outstanding Female Actor in a Leading Role at last night’s SAG Awards. As she was accepting her award she had a flashback of herself as a 14 year old blonde beauty in an MTV promo for ‘My Super Sweet 16.’ She remembered getting her first SAG card after premiering in that promo, and thought of it as the best day of her entire life!
