Everyone knows you're not supposed to go to the bathroom too early in the night when you're drinking. Because breaking the seal means you'll have to keep going to the bathroom over and over.
Only here's the thing: It's a Myth!
Dr. Courtenay Moore is a urologist at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. And she says there's absolutely NO scientific evidence behind "breaking the seal."
Alcohol is really good at making you pee, because you're drinking a lot of liquid, and because it makes your brain release a chemical called ADH, which redirects water from your body to your bladder.
So it's not that you've "broken the seal" and that's why you have to keep going to the bathroom, it's just that your bladder quickly gets filled up as you drink.
