Umm… wouldn't a BODYGUARD be able to handle a teenager?! How could Justin Bieber beat up THIS guy (below)!

Ex-soldier of the Israeli Army Moshe Benabou is SUING Da Beebz for assault and battery, as Justin's former bodyguard claims Bieber excessively punched him in the chest during a disagreement over how to handle a member of Justin's entourage!
Moshe apparently served as Bieber's watchdog from March 2011 to Oct. 2012, and is over $420,000 in unpaid overtime… as well as damages.
HOWEVER, Bieber's camp claim Moshe is just trying to squeeze money out of his former employer, and that his allegations are FALSE.
But WHY was Moshe fired from his Bieber bodyguarding duties in the first place? Well, apparently he LIED about being Justin Timberlake's bodyguard on his resume!
AND Benabou is the same dude who got into a physical altercation with a photog at LAX last February! I'm thinking his bodyguard career is over...no wonder he's desperate to collect the $.
