Give singer John Mayer a little credit. He's finally looked in the mirror and fessed up to being a “jerk in past relationships. I wanted everybody to like me. I thought I was one shuck and jive away in every direction.” But let Katy Perry be the judge if he’s put that womanizing and obnoxiousness behind him. A tiger can't change its stripes overnight.
Oddly, Katy and John are not attending this weekend's Grammys together. The "I Kissed a Girl" singer has opted to escort another woman: Allison Williams. She’s one of the stars of the HBO hit Girls. She’s also the famous daughter of NBC News anchor Brian Williams. During an interview with Anderson Cooper, the 24-year-old actress and model said, (quote) “I am going to the Grammys and Katy Perry is my date. She's the hottest date. She's a friend of mine and she's nominated as she should be. Obviously she's awesome.”
Hands down, Allison and Katy will be the hottest dates on the Grammy red carpet.
